Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience in administering systems in a dynamic IT environment.
- Hands-on expertise with network security protocols and best practices.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and providing IT support to users with varying levels of technical understanding.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and digital transformation projects.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA).
- Demonstrated commitment to continuously improving IT skills and knowledge..
