Systems Administrator - SAPLocation: Oxfordshire (Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 remote)Salary: £40,500 per annum
About the Role
An innovative technology company in Oxfordshire is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to manage and maintain their SAP Business ByDesign system.
As the company moves from the implementation phase to full Business As Usual (BAU), you'll play a key role in handling a variety of administrative tasks related to system maintenance and user management.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP Business ByDesign, overseeing user roles, workflows, and system integrations with other platforms like Salesforce and PLM.
- Ensure the integrity of Master Data and manage user access, including setting up new users, adjusting permissions for role changes, and deactivating users when needed.
- Provide cross-functional support, resolving both technical and business-related queries.
- Design and generate reports and dashboards to improve data visibility and decision-making.
- Assist in user training, documentation, and the rollout of new SAP modules as the business expands.
What They're Looking For
- Experience with SAP Business ByDesign or similar SAP finance systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
