Tableau Analyst/Developer - Finance/Belfast - Harvey Nash : Job Details

Tableau Developer - sought by leading investment bank based in Belfast - Hybrid - Contract

*inside IR35* - onsite on Belfast 3 times per week

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate the monthly collection of headcount actuals from ~10 lines of business (LOB), >6,000 FTE, >1,500 Non-employees, 1,000 hires
• Collect data from various sources and stakeholders and normalise it using Tableau Prep
• Full lifecycle of development of Tableau dashboards from design and development to test and publication
• Working with team and stakeholders to provide continual enrichment of existing dashboards to provide deeper insights
• Solving any data or performance issues related to the workbooks and data sources
• Manage Tableau access and administration of Server folders
• Assist in the training and development of trainee developers and end users

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Degree in either a technical field (Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics etc) or commercial (Economics, Business Studies etc)
• Experienced in Tableau reporting and development or obtained BI/ Data analyst qualifications
• A demonstrable portfolio of dashboards
• Knowledge of databases, data lakes, data warehouses and data architecture
• Previous experience in Financial Services industry a beneficial but not essential
• Growth mindset - desire for continual learning and development
