The Role

We are looking for someone to join our fantastic People Team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor to help us provide an outstanding service and create a Home for Success for our employees and students.

The Talent Acquisition team operate in a fun, fast-paced environment supporting the business in all areas of recruitment. This is a diverse and challenging role that will provide excellent experience for someone looking to further their career in Talent Acquisition.

What You`ll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of allocated vacancies and deliver a quality recruitment offering which is flexible and focused on business needs
  • Liaise with hiring managers to gain an understanding of their roles and requirements
  • Develop trusting and effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Identify and provide recommendations of approaches and initiatives to enhance talent attraction opportunity
  • Provide talent mapping and headhunting expertise as required to meet business needs
  • Contribute to the delivery of the People Team and TA strategy and broader business objectives
  • Ensure that candidates have positive experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Effective use and maintenance of our Application Tracking System
  • Effective use of sourcing methods to identify and approach potential applicants
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure the strategy remains forward thinking and innovative
  • Assist in the delivery of recruitment training when required
  • SME to the business for all recruitment related matters

What We`re Looking for in You

  • Experience of delivering multiple specialist recruitment processes
  • Ideally in-house or agency based recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication skills including the proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritising tasks to meet multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as within a team
  • Skilled in understanding, empathising and delivering against stakeholder needs
  • Possesses and promotes a positive and collaborative attitude
  • Ability to adapt swiftly to ambiguity
  • IT capabilities within MS Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel), internet talent searching and the capacity to swiftly pick up bespoke IT systems and tools
