Signature Recruitment is a SME recruitment consultancy based in Spitalfields, London. Due to growth, we are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This is a full-time role offered on a hybrid basis. The salary is £25k to £30k per annum.
The purpose of the role is to identify excellent applicants and to generate, maintain and grow a pool of Signature candidates.
You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for candidates and ensuring a smooth process, with excellent customer service, for shortlisting, interview schedules and new starters. In addition, you will happily help with other ad hoc administrative duties in order to assist with the smooth running of the office.
