Our team is growing, and we need an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented person to help us find the best candidates out there!

What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing top candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
• Supporting our recruitment consultants in matching candidates with their dream jobs
• Prospecting local businesses to understand if we can assist with their recruitment needs
• Keeping our database up to date and organised

What we’re looking for:

• A positive, can-do attitude with a great sense of humour
• Strong communication skills - you’re a natural talker and listener
• A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
• Previous experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus, but not essential
• Someone who loves working in a team and thrives under pressure
