Working closely with hiring managers, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and delivering top talent to support our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job postings and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiations.
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure the firm's long-term hiring needs are met.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Champion the firm's employer brand, ensuring candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Profile
About You:
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
- Strong understanding of the legal sector and the types of roles within law firms (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media for sourcing candidates.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- A passion for delivering a great candidate experience and finding the best talent.
