I am delighted to be partnering with a market leading organisation based in Ipswich seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager in a key role working closely with the HR Director and HR Manager in taking responsibility for recruitment and talent management activity across the business.
The business is seeking a talented and dynamic individual who is ideally operationally established in talent acquisition with internal based experience. In terms of approach, you must show creativity, ideas and possess the self-motivation to drive things forward and be ahead of the trends. This is also a hands-on role whilst contributing to strategic goals.
In a nutshell, you will be focusing on both internal and external talent pipelines, helping to promote development, internal opportunity, staff retention, whilst driving externally based recruitment to secure the best possible talent.
