About our opportunity

Working in a friendly, fast-paced environment you will partner with our clients to ensure their hiring needs are successfully met through the delivery of a generalist talent acquisition service which works in a very different way to traditional models.

Leading a small team of talent acquisition professionals, you will be committed to providing an exceptional experience to clients and candidates; developing strong and effective relationships with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders. Ultimately responsible for attracting and hiring great talent up to and including executive "C suite" level positions, you will also implement your and the team's ideas to deliver an efficient resourcing process, ensuring a consistent professional candidate and hiring manager experience.

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work with the CEO on the enhancement of the "Vero Recruit" product and implement additional value adding services too.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional wanting to further develop their career who is excited by the prospect of building a very, very different approach to recruitment.

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

Whether you aspire to move up to the next level or are already an experienced Talent Acquisition professional looking for a change, we want to hear from you.

With a friendly, approachable style you will:

• be able to demonstrate previous experience of working as a generalist recruiter placing candidates in roles at every level, including executive level positions,
• have a professional resourcing background ideally working in an in-house environment, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle,
• be approachable and possess a professional leadership style that is supportive, motivational and personable, as well as results driven and service orientated
• have excellent written, presentational and copywriting skills with the ability to produce engaging adverts and candidate marketing materials
• be methodical and highly organised with exposure to getting the most out of modern applicant tracking systems/candidate search techniques
• Have a "can do" mindset with the tenacity to fill those "difficult to fill" roles all recruiters experience from time to time!

Above all, you will be extremely passionate about what you do and understand that there is nothing better than getting "the buzz" when you find a solution to a hiring manager's resourcing need and at the same time make a candidate's day. If you can relate to this, you are our kind of person!
