Your New Role

Our marketing leading client, delivering innovative and state of the art telecoms services, are on the search for a seasoned and professional Talent Acquisition Partner to join their London based team. This role is on the senior end of talent acquisition and you will be required to own a business area, working with senior leadership, partnering with them to delivery end to end recruitment and lead on channel strategy. Leadership experience is highly desired, although no direct reports, having experience developing and nurturing talent is ideal. The role may also include some systems project based work, optimising processes.

Ensuring Your Success

You will be an experience talent acquisition partner, who can hit the ground running and gauge difficult stakeholders effectively. You will be technically savvy, with the ability to take on some project work. Other desirables of the role include hiring in Europe, as well as, leading small teams. Ideally, you will have some technical recruitment under your belt, Commercial (sales and C/S) is another focus area. You will be an excellent communicator who manages expectations and acts as an ambassador to the business.
