The People Experience team work hard to ensure that our past, present, and potential employees have an inspiring and memorable experience. The People Experience team is made up of Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, People Operations, and Learning. Together they design, develop, and deliver an employee journey that represents Atom’s and its strong values throughout.
As a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner at Atom bank, you will be a trusted partner to the business on all things Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment for multiple tech roles within Atom and deliver innovative solutions for hard to fill roles by using various attraction & sourcing techniques.
You’ll use your expertise and market knowledge to advise the business and hiring coaches on effective hiring strategies, whilst also providing realistic timescales and highlighting challenges & opportunities. The scope of this role is wide, working collaboratively with your TA colleagues & the wider People team you’ll get to have input on a multitude of things such as Employer Branding, EVP, Onboarding, Early Careers Programmes and even where our next Social will be!
The People Experience team at Atom all land in the office together on a Tuesday, we then cover other days across the week in office to provide support to our colleagues who are onsite in Durham. Please only apply if you can attend the Durham office a minimum of 2 days a week.
