Talent Acquisition Sourcer We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer in our Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition team sits within the wider People team at Funding Circle and our TA team are part of all new Circlers journeys. They support applicants through the hiring process whilst partnering with the wider business on recruitment and people related initiatives. Please note, the minimum expectation for office attendance is two to three days per week in our central London office. Who are we? We're Funding Circle. We back small businesses to succeed. The role As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to support on candidate selection and outreach, developing talent pools and supporting in the continual development of expanding our employer brand.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates to support volume hiring, primarily in Sales, but also across other functions
  • Using tools such as LinkedIn & Otta, and market mapping
  • Building relationships with passive talent via messages and calls, and understanding the external market to provide market insights
  • Screening and assessing potential candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Supporting with innovative candidate attraction strategies and initiatives
  • Actively and consistently developing the Funding Circle employer brand within core areas of recruitment such as Sales
  • Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
What we're looking for
  • Experience working in a delivery role in a recruitment agency or within an in-house role focusing on commercial/non-tech volume hiring
  • Competent using tools such as LinkedIn and job boards to find candidates
  • Strong relationship building skills and a natural curiosity
  • A desire to explore and create new candidate attraction strategies
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently at pace and manage a consistent pipeline of live roles
