Description

Candidate attraction and pipeline

Collaborating with all managers across the company

·       Build a talent pipeline for all Nurseries alongside the nursery managers

·       Engineer a Candidate journey ensuring use of personal and CRM interaction

·       Help with design and placement of digital marketing where appropriate 

  • Promote a culture ofexcellence – continuously identifying opportunities for enhancement employee engagement
  • Work onsite with managers to improve understanding of vacancies, build morale and a strong team

CRM and reporting

·       Take responsibility for all recruitment data on the CRM system (Manager activity required)

·       Track and report all recruitment activity on a weekly basis

·       Monitor and ensure vacancies are agreed and visible as required

·       Administer the CRM to Report by Nursery on open vacancies

·       Administer the CRM to Report by Nursery on turnover of staff

Candidate journey

·       Ensure all touch points are credible, effective and time bound

·       Build a communication process to ensure every candidate is well informed 

·       Continual review of process to ensure effective and efficient

·       Ensure all candidates are aware of expectations and interview process

·       Understand why candidates, who have been screened but not offered a role, have failed

Manager interview and compliance training

  • Deliver training to all managers and deputies ensuring a quality interview experience for the candidate
  • Report on speed to interview and gather interview feedback from all candidates
  • Coach managers to ensure compliance processes are followed and all permissions (Right to work) are evidenced, and candidates are correctly qualified for the vacancy they apply for
  • Induct manager to CRM systems and support their knowledge across all systems

Reporting

  • Provide the COO with a weekly update across vacancies, applications, Interviews an offers
  • Provide a Monthly KEY PERFORMANCE TRACKER (As above) in conjunction with other Heads to present at monthly board meetings and relevant commentary
  • Meet on a weekly basis with COO and Head of HR to knowledge / performance share
Key Responsibilities

As Talent Partner Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the CRM system is administered and set up effectively to ensure that the candidate's journey and attraction related activity and lead the success of the day-to-day candidate journey. Your skills at all candidate attraction avenues and working with managers to ensure all vacancies are filled with suitably qualified candidates and with the correct permissions to work in the UK. Your responsibility will be centred on the candidate journey with all stake holders and include manager interview training and candidate attraction. You will be competent in the use of digital marketing and CRM reporting.
