The Talent and Resourcing Manager is a new position in the business where you will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing and retaining top talent. You will be working as part of an established HR and L&D team, an integral role within the business.The successful candidate will have a proven background in talent and resourcing preferably at management level. - Setting up recruitment systems and processes
- End to end recruitment, job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
- Responsibility for strategies attracting, developing and retaining talent
- Lead on recruitment campaigns alongside senior leaders
- Develop talent strategies to meet current and future needs
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify their requirements
- Work with the HR Director on succession plans
- Forward planning for future hires and talent
- Leading on some specific projects
- Taking the lead on initiatives, celebrating success and employee recognition
- Staying in touch with industry trends
The Candidate
- A proven history in a similar role within talent, recruitment or resourcing
- Strong understanding of recruitment methods, tools and applicant tracking systems
- Experience working in manufacturing or engineering would be advantageous
- Data driven mindset
- Positive approach, professional and confidence to deliver
- Can work in an autonomous role with a varied workload
- Ability to lead on projects
- CIPD level 5 advantageous
