Location: Onsite - London

The RoleTo deliver the best talent across the Guidant customer portfolio. To drive fulfilment and provide service excellence to our customers (clients, candidates, workers & suppliers) by embracing a promised based culture. To ensure our talent (Direct, STEM and 3rd party Supplier) Suppliers and Hiring managers Receive the best possible experience from Guidant. You will act as the "front door" for Contingent Workers and hiring managers to raise their enquiries. The mission of the team is to "deliver an unrivalled candidate and manager experience by providing the first point of contact for all deployed Contingent Worker enquiries and issues". Your core focus is to manage the business processes that underpin our delivery and engagement across the UCL account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all relevant worker checks have been completed prior to placing on assignment1.
  • Conduct all preplacement activities - including confirmation of offer, 1st day arrangements, and placing the worker into the assignment booking on the relevant technology platform2.
  • Provide excellent customer service to the hiring community and supply chain and support with post-offer queries including escalations to support the Client Services Manager3.
  • Accurately maintain all aspects of the contingent workforce data to enable management information to be given/presented to the client4.
  • Weekly and Ad hoc reports including starters, leavers, and tenure report5.
  • Work with the client hiring community to forecast recruitment needs to enable a proactive approach across our customer base with our recruitment partner

  • Customer facing experience and experience being onsite with MSP customers.
  • Recruitment knowledge & Compliance legislation and VMS systems
  • Experience working onsite with a customer
  • Experience managing candidates and onboarding processes and candidate engagement
