Role Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of clients, providing top-notch tax advice and support
• Leading and mentoring a team of five tax professionals, helping them grow and develop
• Handling a variety of tax advisory work, with a focus on personal tax, but mixed experience is welcomed
• Overseeing tax compliance to ensure all deadlines are met and work is accurate
• Working closely with other departments to provide a seamless, comprehensive service to clients
• Supporting and training junior staff to ensure they deliver quality work
• Staying updated on tax regulations and offering clients proactive solutions

Candidate Requirements

• 5 years of experience for Manager level or 3 years for Supervisor level in a tax-focused role
• Strong background in personal tax (a mix with corporate tax is fine too)
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team
• Confident in handling a portfolio of clients and delivering advisory services
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment
