Role Responsibilities

• Acting as the Tax Relationship Partner for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Delivering high-quality tax consultancy services, ensuring effective workflow and adherence to budgets
• Leading client engagements from scoping and planning through to implementation, maintaining strong communication throughout
• Monitoring work progress and using closure discussions to identify further opportunities for client referrals and growth
• Ensuring compliance with the firm’s Tax Consultancy Service Line Standards and Risk Procedures
• Providing leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Undertaking business development activities to support individual and team fee targets

Candidate Requirements

• CTA qualification or an equivalent professional tax qualification
• A proven track record as a thought leader in tax consultancy, with strong technical expertise
• Exceptional client relationship management skills and the ability to communicate complex tax issues clearly
• Leadership experience, including managing teams and mentoring staff
• A proactive approach to business development and a focus on achieving growth targets
