Tax Disputes Manager - Rutherford Briant : Job Details

Are you looking for an opportunity to specialise within Tax Dispute Resolution, and utilise existing experience working with HMRC?    This Top 100 Accounting Firm, based in the heart of London are looking for a Tax Dispute Resolution Manager to join their niche team, working with the Senior Manager and Partner on a broad range of issues covering VAT, Personal Tax, Corporate Tax and more.    What you will do in your new role:

• Working closely with clients and HMRC to ensure swift resolutions are found.
• Analysing data from clients to make sure that Tax returns are properly calculated, collecting evidence where necessary to allow positive outcomes.
• Work with clients and regulatory bodies on investigations and dealing with queries.
• Working closely with internal teams to look at business development needs.

What you will need:

• Prior experience within the Tax space, though open on specifics - be that Corporate, Personal, VAT, CGT etc. 
• Knowledge of working with HMRC on queries, disputes and/or investigations
• Ability to work with both clients and regulatory bodies in a professional, calm manner to achieve positive outcomes.
• Relevant qualification (ACA, ATT, CTA, HMRC etc.)
