Tax Manager - FTC - Immediate Start - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new companyAn international technology and telecommunications company is seeking a Tax Manager on an initial 6 month contract. Your new roleIn your new role as a Tax Manager you will work closely with the Head of Tax to support them with all tax matters:

• Work closely with local finance managers to manage the outsourced tax compliance processes for all entities
• Produce tax disclosures and assist management during tax audits
• Support the Head of Tax on ad-hoc projects such as tax structuring and M&A tax
• Manage the Transfer Pricing documentation process
• Support the Head of Tax in the development of the companies tax governance frameworks

What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this position, you will be a qualified Chartered Tax Advisor (or equivalent) or qualified by experience, ideally immediately available to start a new position.
