• ATT/CTA qualified or equivalent experience in a UK tax practice
• Strong technical knowledge of personal and corporate tax compliance and advisory work
• Proven experience managing a client portfolio and delivering high-quality tax services
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting client needs
• Ability to manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive team environment
