• CA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent), with significant experience in UK tax
• Strong technical knowledge in both corporate and personal tax compliance and advisory services
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding junior staff
• A proactive approach to business development and client service
