Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a diverse tax portfolio exceeding £1M, including R&D claims, IHT planning, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategic tax-saving initiatives for clients, including exit strategies, EIS/SEIS, and share option schemes.
  • Deliver high-complexity advisory services to HNWIs with an average net worth of £5M.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, leveraging your network to drive business growth.
  • Mentor and support a team of junior professionals, ensuring their technical development through training and education.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the firm's offerings, particularly in emerging growth areas.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: tax advisory, compliance, and planning, with a strong background in private client services and corporate tax.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CGT, R&D claims, IHT, EIS/SEIS, and bespoke tax planning.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to scale departments, manage teams, and generate substantial revenue growth.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Adept at working with HNWIs, delivering tailored solutions with professionalism and care.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in transforming tax strategies into profitable ventures.
