Butler Rose are pleased to be representing our client, a modern, friendly and supportive firm of accountants that is seeking a Tax Manager to join their Tax Advisory Team and cover offices in Peterborough, Stamford and Spalding. This is a client-facing role that offers a mix of tax advisory work, client management, team leadership and business development opportunities both in terms of personal tax compliance work but also advisory work for high net worth individual clients.

Role Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients
• Advising clients in key tax areas including personal, wealth tax management work (Estate / IHT / CGT planning etc.)
• Leading the tax advisory team, mentoring and training where required
• Collaborating with Partners

Personal Requirements

• CTA qualified
• Proven experience in a tax advisory role
• Strong leadership qualities
