• Managing a diverse portfolio of personal and trust tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals and more complex cases
• Reviewing tax returns and compliance work prepared by junior team members, ensuring high standards and efficiency
• Providing clients with strategic, cost-effective tax planning solutions tailored to their specific needs
• Leading and mentoring junior staff, offering guidance and technical training to support their professional development
• Conducting research and drafting advisory reports on private client and employment tax matters

• CTA qualified or qualified by experience
• At least four years’ post-qualification experience in personal tax
• Strong technical expertise in personal and trust tax compliance and advisory services
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
• A commercial mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying tax planning opportunities
• Experience in supervising, training, and mentoring junior staff
• Some exposure to tax advisory work (desirable but not essential)
• Knowledge of other tax areas (advantageous but not required)
