Role Responsibilities

As a Tax Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and leading a team of talented tax professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the corporate and personal tax function, ensuring high-quality compliance and advisory services
• Providing strategic tax planning advice to a diverse client base, including owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals
• Identifying and delivering new business opportunities, working closely with other Partners to grow the firm
• Managing and mentoring a team of tax specialists, fostering their development and ensuring excellent service delivery
• Keeping up to date with UK tax legislation and industry trends, ensuring clients receive the most relevant and beneficial advice
• Liaising with HMRC and other regulatory bodies on complex tax matters
• Building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, positioning the firm as a trusted tax advisory partner

The ideal candidate will have:

• CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualification with significant post-qualification experience in a senior tax role
• A strong background in corporate and personal tax, with the ability to provide high-level technical advice
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing tax team
• A commercial mindset, with a track record of growing a tax practice and identifying new business opportunities
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• The ability to work collaboratively with other departments to deliver joined-up financial solutions

• £120,000 - £180,000 per annum
