Our client, a London-based tax boutique, is seeking an experienced Tax Partner level consultant to join their team of experts. This is an exciting opportunity for a legally qualified professional to develop their practice while working flexibly in a collaborative environment.

As a Consultant, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standard of corporate tax work, providing technical expertise in Corporate M&A and Real Estate transactions, and servicing the significant workflow generated centrally.

• Develop a practice facilitating flexible and home working

• Provide technical expertise in Corporate M&A transactions

• Offer expertise in Real Estate transactions

• Service significant workflow generated centrally for partners

• Legally qualified solicitor or barrister

• Minimum of 12 years PQE experience

• Strong technical excellence in Corporate M&A transactions

• Expertise in Real Estate transactions

• Flexible working options and home working
