Role Responsibilities

• Preparation and submission of personal tax returns, with a focus on property sector clients
• Providing tailored tax advisory services to meet the needs of clients in property investment and development
• Managing and nurturing client relationships, becoming their go-to advisor for all tax-related matters
• Keeping up-to-date with tax legislation and understanding the specific tax requirements related to property investments
• Supporting junior team members and reviewing their work to ensure accuracy and compliance

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified in ATT or CTA (or equivalent) with strong personal tax knowledge
• Minimum of three years of experience in personal tax compliance, preferably in a practice setting
• Proven experience managing a client portfolio, ideally with clients in property sectors
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain tax concepts in simple terms
• Strong attention to detail, organised, and able to handle high volumes of work efficiently
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office applications
