Tax Senior - Bennett & Game Recruitment : Job Details

Bennett and Game have the pleasure of working with a well-established Accountancy Practice in Coventry who are seeking a Tax Senior / Tax Manager to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis. • Assisting with M&A transactions and due diligence.
• Managing complex group reorganisations.
• Providing advice on management incentives, including growth shares and EMI schemes.
• Offering family wealth planning services, such as protecting assets for future generations and advising on trusts and estate planning.
• Reviewing corporate tax returns and providing guidance on tax payments.
• Collaborating with lawyers and other professional advisors.
• Overseeing project management tasks, including billing, communications, and risk management.
• Mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

• Exam-qualified or part qualified.
• Strong technical skills and a desire to learn.
• Ability to manage a project and key stakeholders involved.
• A business understanding of an accounting practice.
• Review work of more junior team members and feedback where appropriate.

• Competitive salary, industry standard for this role would typically start at 40k+ for a Senior and 55k+ for a Manager
