With global capabilities, the firm offers clients one of the most active M&A, real estate, financial services, litigation and corporate risk practices in the world. The firm's client base includes publicly held multinational corporations, large and mid-sized privately held companies, emerging companies, not-for-profit organisations, government entities and individuals.The firm's Corporate Tax team act for high-profile corporate clients on a diverse range of advisory and transactional tax matters spanning the entire life cycle. They also act for providers of warranty and indemnity and other tax risk insurance in relation to risk assessment and policy cover/drafting. The team in London consists of three partners, one consultant, one associate and one knowledge lawyer, who have a broad practice including corporate M&A, funds, financing and real estate tax. As a multinational practice, they are able to provide clients with collaborative and seamless tax support to cross-border transactions and issues.The team are now looking to recruit a tax associate with at least 4 years' experience to join their offices in London.
