As a Senior Manager in the Tax Technology and Transformation team, you'll lead projects to improve tax compliance, reporting, and automation processes. You'll collaborate with diverse clients and internal teams, helping businesses leverage the right technology to streamline tax functions and meet complex compliance requirements.

• Manage tax technology and transformation projects, including solution design and implementation.
• Help clients adopt the best technology solutions for tax compliance and reporting.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring project excellence.
• Design and implement efficient tax processes that integrate with finance systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams and external technology partners.

• Expertise in tax compliance, reporting, and automation processes.
• Knowledge of tax technology solutions (e.g., Oracle, OneSource, Longview).
• Understanding of finance processes and tax accounting (IFRS/US GAAP).
• Experience managing tax transformation projects and leading teams.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) is a plus.
