We are currently seeking a qualified Business Teacher for a long-term placement starting in January. This role is based in a dynamic secondary school in the Tonbridge area. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about teaching business studies and preparing students for their future careers.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in Business Studies.
• Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
• Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and organising learning resources and the classroom environment.
• Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback.
• Maintain discipline through effective classroom management strategies.
• Participate in departmental meetings, parent meetings, and other school activities.

• Degree in Business, Economics, or a closely related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience as a Business Teacher at the secondary level.
• Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school’s policies and procedures.
