Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of one of our Crosby secondary schools who are looking for an A-Level Teacher of Biology to start in January 2025. The role is full time and is to replace a teacher going on maternity leave.

The position will pay up to £251.71 per day, depending on experience. Our client school are looking for a Teacher of Biology with excellent subject knowledge at KS3, KS4 and KS5.

• Teacher of Biology up to A-Level
• January 2025 start
• Full Time
• Maternity cover
• Excellent Biology subject knowledge required.

The school:

• Crosby secondary School
• Over 600+ pupils
• 11-18 school

The essentials:

• QTS
• Experience teaching Biology to KS3, KS4 and KS5.
• Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one
• Full and complete 10-year career history
• Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
• Legal right to work in the UK
