Teacher of English - Tradewind Recruitment : Job Details

Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of one of our Liverpool secondary schools who are looking for a Full Time Teacher of English. This position is to start in January for 2 terms to cover a maternity leave.

The position will pay up to £251.71 per day, depending on experience. Our client school are looking for a Teacher of English with excellent subject knowledge.

The role:

• Teacher of English to KS3 and KS4
• January 2025 start
• Until July 2025
• Full Time maternity cover role
• Excellent subject knowledge required.

The school:

• Liverpool secondary School
• Ofsted rated 'Good'
• Over 1200+ pupils
• 11-18 school

The essentials:

• QTS or equivalent
• Experience teaching English to KS3 and KS4
• Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one
• Full and complete 10-year career history
• Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
• Legal right to work in the UK
