Teacher of Food Technology - Tradewind Recruitment : Job Details

Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of one of our Southport secondary schools who are looking for a Full Time Teacher of Food Technology. The role is a maternity cover and is to start asap until the end of term in July 2025.

The position will pay up to £251.71per day, depending on experience. Our client school are looking for a Teacher of Food Technology who possesses excellent subject knowledge from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 4 and strong classroom management skills.

The role:

• Teacher of Food Technology to KS3 - KS4
• ASAP start
• Until July 2025
• Full Time role maternity cover
• Excellent subject knowledge in Food Technology
• Strong classroom manager skills

• Ofsted rated 'Good' school.
• 800 pupils on roll
• 11-16 school

The essentials:

• QTS or equivalent
• Experience teaching Food Technology to KS3 - KS4
• Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one
• Full and complete 10-year career history
• Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
• Legal right to work in the UK
