This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring educator to join the Social Science and Enterprise Cluster, teaching subjects including Sociology, Psychology, T Level Education & Early Years, and BTEC Health & Social Care.

About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a relevant degree, hold QTS, and be equipped to teach BTEC and A-level subjects. This role requires a commitment to fostering student engagement and a genuine passion for supporting the development of Burntwood’s dynamic, diverse student body.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• A passion for education and a desire to make a positive difference.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in various school environments.
• Confidence in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning space.
