Your new companyHays Education have recently seen an increased need for local SEMH Learning Support Assistants in Schools across Northamptonshire for day-to-day and long-term supply.Here at Hays, we work with a number of schools across Northamptonshire, covering the areas of Northampton, Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough, Rushden, Daventry, Towcester, Brackley and all the in between! This means as a Teaching Assistant working through Hays you will have local work in your local area covering schools that only you want to work in.The school supports approximately 35 pupils on roll to ensure that they can provide ample opportunities for children who need a nurturing, encouraging and supportive environment, specifically for those who will reintegrate back into a mainstream setting. The school consists of a core team of the Head of School, Deputy Head of School, five teachers, and five support staff. Further support is also provided by regional and national staff, who work with a number of schools across our group.Your new roleWe are currently recruiting for full time SEMH Learning Support Assistants to join the team ASAP on a temporary - permanent basis.
