Teaching Assistant - Tradewind Recruitment : Job Details

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking hardworking, engaging, and patient Teaching Assistants seeking an opportunity to work in a 1:1 SEMH TA role in Lincolnshire. The position is full-time, long-term and expected to last until 18th October with the possibility of lasting longer.

Responsibilities and Duties of the position involve the following:

• Work closely with a SEMH student following their ECHP.
• Adapt learning tasks to suit the pupils need and find creative ways to engage them with activities.
• Develop strategies with SENCO and other staff members to ensure pupils is reaching their full potential.
• Follow Safeguarding and behavioural policies.

The role will start ASAP.

If you're interested in this exciting opportunity, you must have:

• Experience working in a SEN/SEMH/School setting.
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate (or equivalent)
• Right to work in the UK.
• Satisfactory References.
• Enhanced Child Only DBS on the Update Service (or willing to undergo one)

The rate for this role is £83.33 - £90 per day.
