Job Responsibilities:
- Provide 1-2-1 and small group support for students with SEMH needs.
- Offer class support and run group activities.
- Manage behaviours effectively and foster a positive learning environment.
- Understand various special educational and SEMH needs.

Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or experience as a TA/Behaviour Mentor with SEMH needs or challenging behaviours.
- Passionate about making a difference at an award-winning alternative provision.
- Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or special educational needs.
- A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- Understanding of the Teaching Assistant/Classroom Assistant role.
