About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our partner schools in Haywards Heath. In this full-time role(8:30am - 3:30pm), you will help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally, working alongside teachers to create a fun and inclusive learning environment.

What You'll Do:

• Help plan and deliver fun, engaging lessons
• Support students one-on-one or in small groups
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom vibe
• Prepare learning materials and resources
• Track and report on student progress
• Build great relationships with students, staff, and parents

What We're Looking For:

• A genuine love for working with kids
• Experience working with children (preferably in a school setting)
• Strong communication and people skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to get one)
• Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
