Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, assisting with both academic tasks and personal growth.
• Assist teachers in the planning and delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) by implementing individual learning plans.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Foster strong relationships with students, encouraging their confidence and independence.
• Participate in school activities and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to monitor and improve student progress.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is desirable.
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting students' learning and well-being.
• GCSEs in Maths and English (Minimum Level 2/C Grade).
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently when needed.
