Teaching Assistant needed in East Grinstead

Term Time Teachers are an education recruitment company looking for a dedicated, friendly and driven Teaching Assistant to join some of our lovely schools within the East Grinstead area.

As a Teaching Assistant you will have the opportunity to support the children and Teacher throughout the day in and out of the classroom. This will also include being 1:1 with those students that need the extra support completing tasks.

Your role will include:

• Helping to set up the classroom, ready for the children.
• Supporting the children and Teacher in every area, in and out of the classroom.
• Following a child's care plan - this will be for the students that have a care plan in place and need the extra 1:1 support.
• Being a positive and driven influence within the classroom, to ensure that the children feel supported and heard.
• Monitor progress of the students and report to the Teacher after each day.

We are looking for someone that is keen to make a good impression and be a positive and nurturing Teaching Assistant to the children and the school. We believe that with the right support, children are able to achieve so much more!

• We are Education Specialists on hand 6am-8pm each day should you have any questions or need to chat.
• We work very closely with our schools and have fantastic relationships with each of them, making it easier for us to find the perfect role for you!
• We cover all PAYE and are here to support you at all times.
• You have the flexibility you may need - you work when you would like to work. We are able to offer full time and part time positions, as long as you are able to commit to the standard school day of 8:30-3:30.
