Job Title: Teaching AssistantLocation: Bromley, BR3| Pay: £90 - £105 per day | Contract: Temp to Perm | Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our primary school in Bromley. This role offers a great opportunity to support young learners in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the teacher in delivering lessons.
• Provide support to pupils individually and in groups.
• Manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive interactions.
• Help prepare learning materials and maintain an organised classroom.
• Ensure pupil safety during lessons and activities.
• Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
• Communicate with parents and staff to support pupil development.

Qualifications:

• Experience with children is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to pupil success.
• Dedication to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
