Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of all students.
- Provide individualised support to students, focusing on their unique educational and social development needs.
- Help manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the required attention and resources.
- Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources to facilitate effective learning.
- Participate actively in school events and activities, contributing to the school’s community spirit.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of educational professionals.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare are highly desirable.
