• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of all students.
• Provide individualised support to students, focusing on their unique educational and social development needs.
• Help manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
• Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the required attention and resources.
• Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources to facilitate effective learning.
• Participate actively in school events and activities, contributing to the school’s community spirit.

• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team of educational professionals.
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare are highly desirable.
