Location: East GrinsteadHours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am - 5:00 pm (4:30 pm finish on Fridays)Term: 42 weeks per year across three termsContract: Full-time, 6-month probation period

Your Key Responsibilities:

• One-on-One Support: Work directly with pupils in individualised learning sessions, tailored to their needs.
• Engage with Pupils: Supervise playtime, lunch, and extracurricular activities like swimming and horse riding.
• Contribute to the Classroom: Help prepare teaching materials and assist with lesson organisation.
• Provide Personal Care: Support pupils with basic care needs when required.
