The Teaching Assistant role:

• General Year 2 Teaching Assistant providing whole class support.
• Delivering group intervention sessions to boost pupil learning.
• Working closely with the class teacher to create engaging activities and ensure a stimulating learning environment.
• Helping to maintain a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere.

Requirements for the Teaching Assistant role:

• Prior experience as a primary school Teaching Assistant.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for supporting children's development and progress.
