Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Join a vibrant Primary School in Frimley, where you'll work one-to-one with students aged 4-11 with mild to severe learning difficulties.

About the Role:

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you'll provide tailored support to help children overcome barriers to learning and reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group assistance.
• Offer behaviour and pastoral support.
• Foster strong, positive relationships with students.
• Adapt your approach to meet individual needs.
• Safeguard the well-being of all students.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training (CPD).
