About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our partner schools in East Grinstead. In this full-time position, you'll work closely with teachers to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth, helping to create a welcoming and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
• Provide individual or small group support to enhance learning
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Help prepare educational resources and materials
• Track and report student progress
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents

What We're Looking For:

• A passion for working with children
• Previous experience in an educational or childcare setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to grow professionally
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
