Teaching Assistant - Reed : Job Details

We are currently seeking a 1:1 Support Assistant to work with a lovely Year One student. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to a Year One student on a daily basis.
• Assist with classroom activities and individual learning needs.
• Support the child with their emotional and social development.
• Work closely with teachers and other staff to develop and implement learning plans.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly in an educational setting.
• Patient, nurturing, and proactive approach to supporting children.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
