A primary school in Haringey is seeking a confident and dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a Year 1 pupil with Autism. • As a teaching assistant, provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Year 1 pupil with Autism, helping them navigate daily learning activities.

• Foster a calm and supportive environment to encourage the child's engagement and development.
• Build a trusting relationship with the pupil, promoting their confidence and independence.

• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly supporting children with Autism or additional needs.
• Strong behaviour management skills, with the ability to remain calm and adaptable in challenging situations.
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service or a willingness to process one through Reeson Education.
