Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with delivering engaging lessons.
• Work with small groups of students to enhance their learning experience.
• Provide one-on-one support to students with specific needs, including SEN.
• Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Prepare and organise classroom materials and resources.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to working in various schools and with diverse age groups.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A patient, caring, and supportive demeanor.
• Relevant educational or childcare qualifications are advantageous but not required.
